Move My Motor provided event support services for the Jaguar XK club's "Italian Lakes Tour" in  2010. This two week tour put the cars through their paces with several thousand miles of typically warm temperatures and many mountain roads culminating with the Stelvio Pass. Our fully equipped support vehicle was on hand to assist with recovery and roadside repairs, ensuring these 60 year old cars completed the course.

Another Jaguar event, this time 35 E Types celebrating the 50th anniversary of the model with an "Italian Job" themed tour. Amongst the group was one of the original press launch cars and the car driven by Michael Caine in the original Italian Job film. The tour followed the route taken by Bob Berry in 1961 to the Geneva Motor Show launch, visited many of the locations featured in the film and the participants stayed in the same hotel as the film crew during shooting.

Our next challenge awaits! This June, Move My Motor will be providing event support services for the Trans Alpine Tour organised by Classic Travelling Ltd. A wide range of vehicles will be taking part spanning over 60 years of production. A combination of our mechanical knowledge, can-do attitude and light hearted banter will ensure every participant gets the most from this experience of a lifetime.
